Inbound inquiries are routed directly to the firm’s principal. We respond personally. We do not enroll inbound contacts in marketing automation, drip campaigns, or third-party CRMs.
CCM Techs operates under NDA on every client engagement. Inbound inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted from our systems within 12 months of last contact unless the prospect has explicitly requested ongoing communication.
Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or technical details in this site’s contact form. We will move to encrypted channels (Signal, ProtonMail, or our secure portal) before discussing specifics.
